In the 2000s, like many other companies, the AMPG website was essentially a digital brochure. They had some basic capabilities messaging, their catalogs were embedded PDFs via a third parts iframe, and the design was cluttered and difficult to navigate.

In working through an online catalog application for them, AMPG needed a new digital home to host the app. I planned, designed, and developed the front end of the new AMPG website. This site’s main purpose is still to serve its distributor customers by providing easy access to its massive parts catalog. It does provide more strategic marketing messages though that are consistent with the rest of our marketing efforts.

More recently, we have added e-commerce functionality to the catalog which allows customers to create accounts and manage their orders online.
